TG Yoga will be hosting a Spring Yoga and Wellness Day on Saturday 21st March 2020.
This will be held in an exclusive private location of a Country Manor set in 12 Acres of beautiful South Solihull countryside.
On TG’s day retreat you will experience Alice’s teaching method which focusses on opening up and finding space within the body, alongside Irest Yoga Nidra techniques which give you an opportunity to switch off, unwind, reset and recharge your batteries.
Your day includes a delicious Vegetarian meal served in the spectacular dining room, (other dietary requirements catered for, please let us know well in advance).
The theme for our spring retreat is “Creating Positive Habits for a Brighter Future”.
No experience or flexibility is necessary, this retreat is open to everyone, and everyone is welcome regardless of fitness level, age, shape or gender.
Spanish Yoga Retreats
How would you like the opportunity to take a break from the fast pace of life, eat some healthy food, do yoga, meditate, and generally reset and recharge with like minded individuals?
On previous retreats we have visited ‘Yoga Sala” (where I completed my 200HR Yoga Teacher Training), and “Cuarto Chakra” where we had fun going upside down practicing Ariel Yoga. We always take a day trip out to a Spanish Town and eat plenty of healthy tasty vegetarian food (other dietary requirements catered for).

Reflection on 2019 and stepping into 2020 Worskhop. Hatha Yoga practice followed by a talk on creating a daily Yoga routine for your New Year ahead. Join Alice at Solihull Yoga for her end of year Yoga practice followed by time for reflection on 2019, and and focus for 2020.

Complete Beginners Yoga
A 4 week course designed for the “Complete Beginner” to Yoga. If you’ve always wanted to try Yoga and were never quite sure where to start then this is the course for you, it is suitable for everyone whatever age, sex, shape or size you are. This course will teach you basic “Yoga Asana” (movements), and give you an understanding of why we practice. At the end of the course you will have the ability and confidence to attend and enjoy any Yoga class in the world, and hopefully get you started on this 5000 year old practice that will benefit your life and health in general.
